Leg Press

The leg press targets the lower body, focusing on the quadriceps, hamstrings, glutes, and calves. By adjusting your foot position on the platform, you can activate different muscle groups.

Hack Squat

The hack squat isolates the quadriceps while minimizing strain on the lower back. You can progressively increase intensity with the smooth, guided motion of the machine’s carriage.

Lock-Out Positions

Both the leg press and hack squat have three lockout positions controlled by the athlete. To use the machine, fold in the handrails during the exercise, and extend them afterward to lock the carriage bar in place.

Feel like I can get a deep squat in this machine
