Videos, as well as user and assembly manuals, are hosted on our website but if you are having any trouble assembling your product, our product experts are here to help. They will help troubleshoot so your little one can start playing as soon as possible.
We strive to ensure our products make it to you on time and in perfect condition. If you have any concerns about the product you received or have missing parts, we are happy to replace it free of charge.
How does the 5 Year Warranty work?
We are confident that our products will last years to come, but if something doesn’t seem right, we have your back. If any product part breaks or fails during the first 5 years of ownership because of defect in material or workmanship and is an active product, we will replace that part/s free of charge.
Have an issue with your product? Change your mind? You have 30 days to return your product from the original purchase date.
How does the return process work?
1. Contact support within 30 days of the original purchase date to receive your personalized RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
2. Package the product and ship it to us at:

3. If your item was defective, and you do not wish to receive replacement parts, we will send you a pre-paid return label so that you can return it for a full product replacement, or a full refund if you prefer. Contact us and we will have a label sent to you right away!
4. Once we receive the item, we will issue a full refund of the product within 3-5 business days (Buyers remorse returns are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee).
*Damaged returns due to insufficient return packaging may be assessed additional fees.
