SHIPPING TIME
All orders are placed before 2 pm EST will be shipped same day. Orders placed after 2 pm will ship the next business day.
PRODUCTION TIME
The production time for your playset is determined by the specific model ordered. If your selected playset is in stock, it will be shipped within one business day. If it requires production, we will promptly initiate the manufacturing process, and you can expect it to be ready for dispatch within a few business days.
DELIVERY TIME
Orders ship from either our east coast or west coast warehouse. Estimated Transit Times can be 2-5 business days via FedEx, or UPS. If you have any questions about when your order will be delivered, or if you have specific delivery needs, please contact customer support.
